Warranty content
1. Warranty period: within one year from the date of purchase, under normal use, in case of failure, the company guarantees free maintenance.

2. If it is more than one year from the date of purchase, but can show the guarantee, the material fee and replacement salary will be charged according to the degree of damage.

3. Freight (The customer is responsible for the one-way freight to the company\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\’s maintenance location, and the company is responsible for the return freight after repair).

4. Under normal conditions of use, the company\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\’s products, such as failures due to manufacturing reasons, are all within the scope of the warranty.

Warranty
Although during the warranty period, if there are any of the following situations, the maintenance fee and material cost may be charged:

• Misuse or improper repair and modification resulting in malfunction or damage.
• Failure and damage caused by natural disasters, earth changes, improper movement, transportation, drop, abnormal voltage and power supply after purchase.

After-sales service process
Please contact the company\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\’s service personnel and inform you of the product model, company name, contact person, contact number, contact address, and damage.
• Do pack the machine and send it back to the company or send the machine to the company by the customer.
• Our company will inspect and inform you of the damaged part, repair cost, and repair days.
